These Booking Conditions apply to all reservations made with Felicitália Experiences. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed when:
- You receive a formal booking confirmation from us by email
- The required deposit has been received
2. Payment
Deposit: 30% of the total tour price is due to confirm your booking.
Balance: The remaining 70% is due 30 days before the tour date.
Last-minute bookings: For tours booked less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required to confirm.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
3. Cancellation by traveller
If you need to cancel, our refund policy is:
- More than 30 days before travel: full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 14 to 30 days before travel: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before travel: no refund
Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
4. Cancellation by us
In the rare event we need to cancel your tour (due to force majeure, weather, or other exceptional circumstances):
- We will offer an alternative date at no extra cost, OR
- A full refund of amounts paid
5. Changes and modifications
Changes by you: Requests to change dates or details must be made in writing. We’ll do our best to accommodate but changes are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.
Minor changes by us: Small adjustments to itineraries may occur due to weather, opening hours, or operational reasons. These do not entitle you to a refund.
6. What’s included and excluded
Each tour has its own “What’s included” and “What’s not included” section on the tour page. Please review carefully before booking.
Typically NOT included in our tours:
- Personal expenses
- Meals (unless specified)
- Gratuities
- Travel insurance
- Hotel accommodation (unless specified)
7. Meeting points and punctuality
Meeting points and times will be confirmed in your final booking documents.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time or missed activities without any right to refund.
8. Traveller responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your passport and travel documents are valid
- Any visas required for your travel
- Personal health and any vaccinations required
- Providing accurate contact details for booking
- Following the guide’s instructions during tours
9. Accessibility and mobility
Please inform us at time of booking about any mobility, dietary, or medical needs so we can plan accordingly.
10. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers. Your insurance should cover:
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Medical expenses
- Personal belongings and lost baggage
- Personal liability
11. Complaints
If you have concerns during your tour, please contact us immediately at +39 351 875 4936 so we can resolve issues on the spot.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days after the tour ends.
12. Governing law
These Booking Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Italy.
